Read the FAQ below as it covers most frequently asked questions about how to buy beats online and typical questions regarding licensing, file-delivery and rights of use. How does it work to buy beats online?

Click ‘+ADD’ next the beats and select the license you are looking to purchase. Repeat this step for the desired number of beats to put them all in the shopping cart. Once ready, click the cart icon in the top right corner and click ‘proceed to checkout’. You will be redirected to a page where all your selected beats/licenses are listed. Please review, if everything is ok, you can select below if you want to pay with either your PayPal account or any major credit card. After payment, all files will instantly be sent to your email address in form of download links, along with your license! (Optional: Enter a coupon code on the checkout page – see below for details)

Do you offer package deals?

Yes, we offer bundle deals at discounted rates for any type of license:

BUY 2 GET 3 FREE … select 5 beats for the price of 2
BUY 3 GET 5 FREE … select 8 beats for the price of 3

Exclusive Rights:

BUY 2 GET 1 FREE … select 3 beats for the price of 2

Important! … you need to select the appropriate number of beats (SAME license type) to activate the bundle deals. If we are also offering any coupon codes for a particular license type, the percentage/discount using the coupon code also works for bundle-deals and will result in an even cheaper total amount.

How do I apply a coupon code?

If you have any valid coupon code, you can apply the code on the checkout page in the field ‘Coupon Code’ (last step before payment). Click ‘Apply Coupon’ and the discount rate will be applied to the total amount of all items selected and also on bundle deals. You need to use the coupon before checking out via PayPal or Credit Card!

What does a purchase include?

Each purchase includes a license agreement/receipt stating your rights to the beat(s), payment details, etc. and the untagged beat as a Wav-file & Mp3-file. Standard leasing rights include the stereo-mix of the beat(s) in wav-format & mp3-format. Higher licenses, such as Gold Leases, Platinum Leases, Diamond Leases and Exclusive Rights also include the seperate multitracks of the beat(s) in wav-format (also known as ‘tracked outs’ or ‘stems’) for professional mixing. You will receive these files via download-links, sent to your email-address. We do not send any parcels or physical-data-discs. Please check your spam folder if you do not find our emails in your inbox!

What methods of payment do you accept?

If you purchase via the store on our website, you can buy beats via PayPal or use any major Credit Card and Debit Card. Alternatively you can also send a payment manually through paypal to: info@allrounda.com and include the beatname(s), desired license + your address so we can place it into the license agreement/receipt. Payments that are sent manually will take up to 24 hours after payment for the files to be sent to your email address. Also, we accept Western Union payments and international bank transfers (please note that these may take much longer to be processed)

I have bought a license but haven’t received it yet?

If you have used the instant delivery store on our page, you will have received your orders instantly within seconds after payment to your paypal email address. In case you don’t find the email with the download links in your inbox, please check your spam folder! If you have sent a payment manually via paypal, western union or via bank-transfer, please allow up to 24 business hours to receive your purchase after payment as we have to send it manually. If we have not replied within the time frame of 24 business hours, please send an e-mail concerning your purchase and issues to: info@allrounda.com

Can I change beats after purchase or get my money back if I don’t use them?

There is a strict NO REFUND policy on digitally delivered products, see terms and conditions. All items marked for sale on this website and marketplaces we offer our products, are for digital download only. We do not deliver any physical goods to you for purchases. As a result, all sales on digital downloadable goods are final and we cannot offer a refund for something we cannot take back. In rare cases of duplicate purchases, or other rare circumstances, we will match what you paid with an item of equal or similar value. By making a purchase you have agreed to these terms and conditions. It is therefore also not possible to change beats afterwards if your license document has already been issued. All beats can be heard and downloaded as tagged versions before purchase. The beats are also audible in the store. You need to take care and make sure that you order the right beats!

What is the difference between a non-exclusive license and exclusive license?

While leasing rights (also known as non-exclusive rights) have restrictions in number of allowed sales units, earnings, etc., and can be sold to multiple persons at the same time, exclusive rights is the only license type, allowing unlimited use on any medium without a license expiration limit! After an exclusive rights license has been sold, the according beat will become unavailable for any type of licensing, except for license upgrade, see next point.

I own a non-exclusive license. Can I upgrade my license to a higher license?

Yes, if you own a non-exclusive license, you can upgrade your license to any higher license type if exclusive rights are still available and have not been sold yet. If exclusive rights have already been sold to the beat(s), and are no longer available, you can still upgrade your non-exclusive license to a higher non-exclusive license at any time! Please contact us via email, as for license upgrades, we will credit the amount you have already paid, and deduct it from the price for the desired license.

Can I still use beats I have leased after exclusive rights have been sold?

YES! As long as you stay within the concerned license terms, you are allowed to use your license even if exclusive rights are no longer available and have been sold to the beat(s). Selling exclusive rights does not affect any previously sold licenses.

I bought exclusive rights. May the beat be leased again or has it been leased before?

Once a beat is sold exclusively, we are no longer allowed to sell a license to that beat, except non-exclusive license-upgrades to active non-exclusive license-owners (see point 2 in FAQ and see terms & conditions). On the other hand it may be possible that a beat has been leased to several persons before it has been sold exclusively.

Do I have to pay you any royalties or additional fees when I release my song(s)?

Yes, all non-exclusive licenses shall be split 50/50 % in royalties. Exclusive Rights however are 100% royalty-free! See terms and conditions for more info and our BMI info for performance rights registration.

Can I re-sell the beat(s) after purchasing a license?

NO! You are NOT allowed to re-sell the beat(s) or transfer your license-rights to the beat(s) to a third person. See terms & conditions for details

I have purchased a beat. Can I alter it, change length, cut it, etc.?

As long as you have purchased a license to a beat, you are allowed to do changes to the beat-length, mixing, sounds, etc. by keeping up with the terms & conditions. This excludes tagged beats/free demo downloads!

Can a sold beat be removed from the page?

On demand, we can take the sold beat(s) off our sites if the customer has purchased exclusive rights. Leased beats stay on the page since a lease is a non-exclusive license.

How do I give proper credit?

Proper credit is given as follows in written form: ‘Beat by Allrounda’; ‘Beat produced by Allrounda’; ‘Beat by AllroundaBeats.com’. Downloadable files need to include ‘(Beat by Allrounda)’ within the filename. All displayed and uploaded content needs to include written credit in either the title or description. Hard copies such as CDs, LPs, etc. need to include written credit in booklets, covers or labels.

I don’t have money to buy beats, can I get beats for free and pay when I make money?

No, that is NOT possible. As we already offer tagged versions for free demo download and even allow limited use of these beats, we think that’s fair enough. Not every producer allows that! If you want to sell your music over our beats, we require that you pay for a license. Simple and fair! Especially when all or licenses come royalty-free and allow you to earn 100-10000 times the amount you spend for a beat-license. A leasing rights license is just about as cheap as a meal and drink at a restaurant. If you want to make it in the music industry, invest in your music!

What am I allowed to do with free downloads or demo downloads?

All beats that are up on the page as free downloads or demo downloads are ONLY free for non-commercial / non-profitable use on demo-tracks. Free download does not mean “free beat”. The purpose is to offer people a pre-listening to decide if the song over our beat(s) is worth to invest in a license! You may upload your songs on youtube, soundcloud, etc. by giving written credit to “Allrounda” as the producer. Written credit must be given to “ALLROUNDA” (e.g. ‘Beat by Allrounda.com’) in any case. See terms & conditions for detailled restrictions.

What happens to someone who violates against your terms?

If someone does not have a license to use my beat(s) on commercial or profitable mediums, I WILL definitely be taking legal action. Anybody found to be abusing the privileges and terms & conditions on my sites and marketplaces will most likely face criminal punishment for copyright-infringement. Legal domicile is Kerpen /Gemany (EU).

I received a copyright claim on youtube. Why is that?

Allrounda Productions is a member of EXMGE (our youtube partner network), which scans youtube automatically for videos that use audio material by Allrounda, and sends copyright claims to turn off monetization for these videos. Don’t worry! These claims are more a notification and will NOT harm your video(s) or channel, the video(s) will keep playing as they used to. If you do not own a license and have used a tagged free download or demo download, just ignore the notification. If you own a license, please send us the link(s) to your video(s) via e-mail so we can remove the claim and re-activate monetization by putting these links on the whitelist in our EXMGE account. I think I have voilated your terms. What can I do?

Generally spoken, we do not want to cause anyone trouble and are always willing to work out a fair solution for conflicts, if possible. If you think that you may have used any beat(s) illegally or have violated our terms and conditions, please contact us and let us know so we can tell you if there have been violations/ copyright infringement, and see if there is a solution for this issue. However, If you used beats without permission, you have to expect that you will need to stop using them. This means you might need to take your song(s) off any sites, marketplaces, etc., to avoid any continued abuse and misuse.

I think I know someone who stole your beat(s)

We are happy for anyone addressing these issues and telling us about misuse of our music. If you think someone has infrined our copyrights and used our music without permission or in a fraudulent way, please let us know by sending an e-mail

I am interested in a beat but can’t find it on your website

In general this means that the beat most likely has already been sold exclusively and is no longer available for any form of future licensing. If the beat is not listed in the store on our website, you can be 99% sure that this is the case. However, it may be possible that we have produced beats exclusively for certain artists or marketplaces, that are not being offered for sale on our website. Please send us an e-mail so we can give you a quote on the status of the beat!

Do you also make custom beats or remixes?

Yes, we also offer custom beat production or remix production, see here, and we charge $599.90 for a beat made using a sample and $700 for a beat that is completely self-composed original material. As custom beats take a lot of time to be made, there are no bundle deals available for this kind of production.

Do you offer recording services or mixing/mastering services?

I am a producer/DJ. Am I allowed to remix or sample your work/music?

No, we do NOT allow sampling of our music or any re-creation of instrumentals/melodies in a competitive product, another beat composition, etc. In terms of ‘Re-Mixing’, we allow that Producers/DJs put acapellas over our beats and upload them for free use, non-profitable use on platforms like youtube, etc. by giving written credit and linking to our website.

I have contacted you for feedback on a song and did not get a reply

Please do not take it personally if we have not gotten back at you. We will definitely listen to all sent material but often there is no time to give feedback or get back at you quickly since we receive large amounts of songs and requests daily. It’s hard to get back at everyone asking for feedback while handling business. If you want to send us your song(s), please don’t send attached mp3’s or other files since our inbox is lacking free space and these emails often get recognized as spam. Better send a download link via a file-hosting service such as sendspace or we-transfer or a link to your song(s) on sites such as soundcloud, reverbnation, etc.!
